BEEP BEEP BEEP! Smiling, you quickly walked over to the microwave and pulled out the steaming hot bag of popcorn, shaking it so the butter covered most of the popped kernels. You then tore open the bag and dumped the contents into a large bowl you had lying on the counter. Then lastly, you got yourself a drink and took the popcorn and beverage with you to the one room which had the flat-screen TV and surround sound in the large estate of the Hellsing Organization. Tonight was officially - and somewhat surprisingly - your free day. This meant that there were no missions to be done, no other form of chore; laundry and other forms of cleaning and paper work, and no other random small thing you had to do which usually bugged you until you got it over and done with.
After realizing you had a free day, you decided to indulge yourself with the internet, your music (you hadn't downloaded any new songs since you were so busy ghoul/vampire hunting), and now you were going to crash on the couch and become one with it as you watched as many movies as you possibly could...you know, until you passed out. Placing your stuff on the coffee table, you began to look through your small movie collection. You didn't know which one to choose. A horror? Maybe a romance or a comedy. Action or Adventure, or both! Wow, what to choose, what to choose. Deciding on the comedy, you went to reach for it, but a blackened hand suddenly grabbed at your wrist, lifting it up into the air as a familiar gloved hand picked out the horror movie instead.
The owner of said gloved hand placed the movie into the DVD player and took a seat on the couch, smirking in your direction as he beckoned you over by patting the cushion beside him. Once the blackened, shadowy hand disappeared you rubbed at your wrist and scowled. That was a little far just for a horror movie. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be doing something?" you asked the King of Vampires as he crossed his arms and legs, his fedora, sunglasses, and trench coat somehow magically moved to the love seat not that far from him.
"There is no mission for me tonight."
You gaped. "Really? Now that's different."
"Indeed."
"Gosh, no mission for the great Alucard...that really is a surprising thing."
"Yes, it is."
".......So there's really nothing for you to do...?"
That's when he chuckled. "Do you want me to leave, ________?"
You jolted upright from your hunched over position, shocked and fearful. You did not want to piss this man off with saying one wrong thing. You knew what kind of deadly thing he could do to your small, human form if he really put his un-beating heart and cursed soul into his torture methods.
"No! I'm just...I didn't think you'd be here, is all."
"Am I not allowed in this room?"
"NO! God, stop making me sound like some awful person, Alucard~"
"Heheheh, your so easy to mess with I just can't help myself sometimes. My apologies, ________."
You rolled your eyes. "Ugh, right. So anyways, why are you here? Don't you usually go for a walk in the woods if you don't have a mission?" He shrugged and leaned into the couch comfortably as you moved over to him and took a seat beside him, picking up your bowl of popcorn to munch away.
"I wanted to see what you were up to since I hadn't heard from you all day. It unnerved me, I have to admit."
"So you basically missed me," you practically stated. Alucard frowned at that and sighed, picking up the remote and pushing the play button for you as you were busy getting your fingers coated in your dirty human delicacy.
"I didn't "miss you". It's just that you're always around me or the police girl since you work with us. Not seeing you was odd, but also had me curious so I followed you to see what you were doing." You nearly choked on a kernel after he finished telling you that. So he had been following you all day like some sort of stalker. How charming...
"That's um...very creepy, Alucard. If you wanted to know what I was doing you could have just asked!"
"....I liked my way better."
You sighed. "Of course you did." Looking up to the screen, you noticed how the beginning of the movie started out with a girl being chased in a foggy forest. She seemed scared, and you began to feel your heart beat with adrenaline as the dark music pumped through your veins. You were just waiting for anything to happen in the movie right now. A jump scare, scream, monster, anything. Alucard, from his spot beside you, was watching the movie in complete boredom as the girl tried to hide from her pursuers from behind a tree. It seemed like they had left her alone, but as she turned back around, one of the men grabbed her as the other took the butt of his shot gun and knocked her out.
The scene then changed to where there were people in a basement. There was some sort of witch or old woman flipping through a book with a bunch of horrifically graphic pictures and there was a man with glasses standing in front of the girl, removing the bag from atop her head and disposing it so he could grab the lighter fluid. Apparently, the man was the girl's father and he was about to set her aflame because she was possessed, from what the old lady said. You were beginning to freak out a bit from this, but Alucard was sitting calmly as if this sort of thing happened everyday. It didn't, but he sure as heck made it seem like it! After a while of the girl begging her father not to kill her, it ended up getting to the point where the demon made itself known, making you jump back a bit as she was engulfed in fire, cursing and screaming up at the ceiling until the title came up onto the screen.
Alucard had chuckled at you when you had jumped, but didn't say anything about it. Especially not when you had ended up closer to his body when the movie continued to progress to the next victims, which happened to be teenagers. So discreetly wrapping an arm around you to comfort your shivering form, you unknowingly sighed in delight, watching the movie with the hit man until it finally ended.
(Minutes later)
"Guuuuuhhhhh, I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight...." you whined to Alucard, who was walking with you to your room. He was mostly escorting you there, but then after that he didn't know what else he was going to do. Probably go on that walk you mentioned earlier. It seemed like this hour was the best time to go on an evening stroll through the woods.
"I'm sure you will. Besides, the movie wasn't even that scary. You kept glaring at the screen the more it progressed, especially around the end. Also, shouldn't you be used to this? You do kill vampires and ghouls for a living."
"I know, but firstly, that girl was incredibly stupid. Secondly, killing ghouls and vampires is not as bad as what happened on screen...at least not for me it isn't."
"Well, you're not wrong about that and I guess I'll agree with you when it comes to your job."
"Yeah, I mean you are the most violent person when it comes to what we do," you replied once you both finally reached your bedroom door. You turned around to send the man a grin. "Well, this is where we part ways. Thanks for returning me to my room and for watching the movie with me. That was actually really nice."
"You're welcome, ________. It was my pleasure." It then became silent. Nervously laughing, you turned to your door knob and went to open the door, but the Nosferatu stopped you. You blinked and looked back to Alucard, who was wearing his fedora and trench coat again, but still kept his sunglasses off. You were about to question him when he suddenly leaned down and gently kissed your lips. Face flushed, you were about to respond to the sudden lip lock, but just as it began the kiss ended and Alucard was smirking down at you, sunglasses now placed over his eyes. "Let's do this again when there's no mission to be done. I rather enjoy spending time with you."
"Uhh, y-yeah. Sure, Alucard."
He nodded and turned on his heel, slowly walking away from you. "Good. Sweet dreams, ________."
"Oh! Um, goodnight!" Once he was out of sight -vanishing via shadow powers- you walked into your room and leaned against the door as a wistful smile graced your features. Tonight turned out better than you thought it would. Actually it ended wonderfully, and that kiss you received from the King of Vampires himself only made amazing. Sighing, you walked over to your dresser drawers and rummaged through them for your pj's. "Well then," you said to yourself as you began to undress, "I better go buy some more movies if I want to keep him entertained." And with that thought in mind, you hopped right into bed and listened as the bats screeched into the darkness, their cries gently lulling you into a dreamless sleep.

You swore he had you under a spell.
Yes, you were absolutely positive the man in red had reached into the deepest cabinets of your mind, emptied out everyone of them and replaced them with the lewdest of thoughts, the darkest of desires, the secretest of passions.
And all were connected to him.
Every last one of them.
You expected that after accepting the powers of the night, after partaking of the blood of your victims, you abandoned all of those silly human notions, all those feelings that made you weak, with no other desire than to follow the bidding of you

AlucardxReader: Servant
A low growl rumbled though the trees before there was a loud bang from the gun resting in your hand. The ghoul in front of you let out a moan before it crashed to the ground. This was only one of the hundreds that stood before you slowly shuffling closer. To most this would be a terrify sight, having to face of all of these walking dead. However for you this was a normal sight. It was your job after all. To find and destroyed these cursed souls those allowing them to rest in peace.
You ejected the empty cartridge and allowed it to hit the grass at your feet. You snatched a new one from your belt and slammed it into the gun. "Master fighting

Grrrr, I don't like the ending. I never do! Ugh, but anyways, I hope you all enjoy this one-shot since I haven't been updating as much as I usually do. Also if any of you can guess what movie I was describing throughout the one-shot then you are amazing!
