Everywhere she went my eyes would follow. From when she walked down the halls and into the classroom, from when she went from the cafeteria and into the library, my eyes would always stay on her. She was a magnet. A magnet that I obviously found myself attracted to. And if anyone even dared try to separate us, they damn well better use force then, because there is no way in hell I'm letting her go.

(Alfred F. Jones)

The first time I saw her was like nothing I'd ever experienced before. She was beautiful, and I swear my heart nearly jumped out of my throat the moment our eyes met. Sadly, it was a brief glance, but it was good enough for me. I just had to know who this girl was. So I followed after her, chuckling at how adorable she was for holding her books close to her chest. Most other girls here either left their stuff in their lockers, stuffed them in their backpacks, or just left them at home. But not her. Not the girl of my interest.

"Hi! I'm Alfred!" I greeted her once she finally stopped to look around. She must have been lost. Should have figured since she had just transferred here. She jumped in surprise from my loud voice and looked up to meet my eyes. God, I hope my face isn't red right now. That'd be embarrassing. "So, you new here?" I asked casually. She blinked and nodded her head.

"Y-yeah, my name is ________. I was supposed to be in class 387, but I don't know where I am."

"Well what do you know, we have the same class! It's just down this hallway, actually," I pointed towards the door, "See, it's right over there. Now come on, babe. Let's go! We don't want you to be late, now do we?" She flushed at the little nickname I gave her and walked beside me as we headed to our first class. We stepped in front of the door and I held it open for her. If Arthur saw me doing this right now he'd probably either be astonished or laugh at me. I don't care, if it'll impress the girl of my affections then so be it.

"Thank you," she mumbled as she walked over to the teacher, handing him a note that was signed by the principal. I went over towards my seat and sat down beside my little bro, Matthew, and behind the school bully, Al Jones. I found it odd how he almost looked exactly like me. People around here called him my evil twin, or my opposite. I didn't really care about that, other than the fact that I thought that he acted like a villain, and being the hero and all that just called for opportunities.

"Okay Ms. ________, why don't you take a seat beside Mr. Jones over there." She nodded her head and turned around to see me. I gave her a wave and she returned it with a smile. Did my heart just stop? I think it did. She took a seat beside me, looking at me from time to time to see if it was actually okay to sit there. I gave her a thumbs up to reassure her.

"Oh, uh, I wasn't talking about that Jones." We both turned to the teacher in confusion. He didn't? "I was referring to the one in front of Alfred, but it's fine. I mean you are "kinda" beside him, I guess." [1] And with a shrug, the teacher turned towards the black board to start the lesson. I couldn't really focus on anything he was saying, though. My mind was solely trained on ________. I was so enraptured by my curiosity for this gorgeous girl that I didn't notice two shaded, red eyes staring at her as well.

(Al F. Jones)

What was this? I slowly reached a hand up to my chest to feel my heart beating at an alarming rate. Why was my heart doing that? What caused it to do that? I frowned and went to stare back at the new girl and my heart sped up. Oh, so she was the reason why. But it didn't make any sense. No other girl in this school has ever made me feel like this before. And I have been with a lot of girls. They were mostly mere playthings to me until I told them to get lost, but now that my sights were set on this one, I didn't want to treat her the same way as them. What the hell was wrong with me?!

"Okay Ms. ________, why don't you take a seat beside Mr. Jones over there." I looked up at the teacher from under my sunglasses and watched the new girl walk towards the desk sitting nearly between me and that idiot, Alfred. He was so stupid sometimes. All he ever talked about were hamburgers, McDonald's, video games, or heroism. Did you know he called me a villain once while I was beating up some kid for his money. Yeah, I know right, un-freaking-believable!! I would have beaten that dumb ass up if a teacher hadn't walked by during the time. So not only did that jerk Alfred cost me a victim that day, but he also managed to put himself in my little black book just by being his retarded self.

The girl sat down in her seat and she kept glancing at Alfred, as if she wasn't sure if it was the right seat. He sent her a thumbs up and that seemed to reassure her. Well weren't they just adorable? Blegh!

"Oh, uh, I wasn't talking about that Jones." They both turned to stare at the teacher and even I glanced at the man to see if what he was saying were actually true. "I was referring to the one in front of Alfred, but it's fine. I mean you are "kinda" beside him, I guess." He shrugged and turned towards the blackboard. Everyone went to work the moment the chalk hit the board, taking notes when he wrote something important down, but I didn't do it. I was just too confused to do anything at the moment. He actually wanted her to sit by me? Why? I couldn't tell if he was trying to reward or punish me, but either one wouldn't have made any sense.

I looked at the girl beside me and noticed how elegant she looked while she wrote. Was that right? Elegant? Hmph, whatever, it's how I thought she looked while working. So as class went on and everyone studied, instead of doing what the others did (I never really did my work anyways, so it shouldn't have mattered) I chose to stare at the girl in curiosity. Just who was she? And...and....

Why does she make me feel this way?
Yeah I have no idea where all of this came from either. Anyways I hope you enjoyed reading the first chapter, and the part with the Italics is America and 2P!America thinking. Yep, they're thinking the same thing, people. :3 The picture does not belong to me.

[1]: Okay, so you all know what a checkered board looks like, right? Well the way the tables are set up is kinda like that. Like you're beside them both, but you're also in the middle. I don't know, it makes sense in my head. :P
